Patient-matched cutting guides for Total Knee Replacement
Single-use surgical cutting guides for Total Knee Replacement, designed specifically for each individual patient using patient scan data and a surgeon-approved pre-operative plan. The nylon instruments are manufactured by 3D printing using Selective Laser Sintering (SLS) and sterilised before use by gamma irradiation.

Patented modular system for enhanced peripheral fixation of an acetabular cup. Our novel solution provided a range of titanium screw-plates and hooks which can be variably attached and then clamped to the rim of an acetabular cup.

We were engaged to develop from scratch the methods and instruments for implanting a novel cartilage repair device. With strong emphasis on ease-of-use, the instruments were required to prepare a precise pocket for the implants without disturbing the surrounding, healthy cartilage.
